YellowMuse Media Returns & Refunds Policy

At YellowMuse Media, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products, workshops, and merchandise that empower and inspire. Due to the nature of our offerings, our refund and return policies vary by product type. Please read below for details.

1. Digital Products (E-books, Templates, Courses, etc.)

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable due to their instant and downloadable nature. If you experience any technical issues accessing your product, please contact us at hello@yellowmuse.com , and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

2. Workshops & Events

  • Cancellations by You: If you need to cancel your workshop registration, we offer credit toward a future workshop if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event.
  • Cancellations by Us: If YellowMuse Media cancels or reschedules a workshop, you will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer your registration to a future event.

3. Merchandise (Apparel, Accessories, etc.)

We want you to love your YellowMuse Media merch! If you’re not satisfied, here’s our return policy:

  • Returns & Exchanges: You may return or exchange unworn, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or customized items cannot be returned.
  • Defective/Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will replace it or issue a refund.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Request Support

5. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Exchange requests will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.
